- What to expect - How we work - Construction Diary -

We use a variety of methods but predominately reinforced mini concrete piles that support pre-stressed concrete bearers.  Thanks to our solid floor foundation construction rather than the lighter weight solutions provided by our competition our structure more than meets any demands.

Constructed using our standard modular system, with a variety of finishes, including laminate flooring, ceramics, hardwood floors and carpeting.

Ecoqube walls are constructed using our modular cassette system

We are unique in the wide variety of external finishes we offer that are available in a variety of colours to suit all.

The Canexel cladding system is our preferred supplier and is constructed using recycled wood fibre, resin, and wax fused under pressure.
This engineered wood siding is highly stable, as well as resistant to moisture, it has five coats of baked-on paints and a sealer providing increased resistance to cracking, splitting, warping.
This makes our solution the only truly maintenance free option on the market today.

Windows & Doors
All our windows and doors are UPVC double glazed and made to BS7412 standards using toughened Pilkington K glass. They can be specified in light oak, mahogany or graphite grey finish and come with a multi-point locking system for maximum security, additional door and window combinations are possible, aluminium is also available as an optional extra.

Our Garden Rooms are constructed to the same standards required of modern build properties with UPVC windows and doors and have approved locks, and modern thermally efficient insulation these means our Garden Rooms are not only secure but energy efficient.

As standard finish we use EPDM rubber membrane roofing. With a manufacturers 30 year warranty.

Here are some examples of our completed Garden Rooms and some colour options available in all ranges.
